1) *** WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS ***
2) CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 PM EST
3) CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at or before 11:00 AM EST. Please note, we are unable to accommodate last minute check-out extension requests.
4) PETS: Our unit is NOT suitable for pets.
5) SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
6) DAMAGES: Please notify your host immediately if there is any kind of major damage or problem. You will be liable for any damages to the house or household items that were caused by your group.
7) CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning of the house (interior), if the house is left excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge of $50/hour.
8) BACKYARD: Please clean after yourselves in these areas. The cleaners do not clean the deck/backyard space. Thank you.
9) *** QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours from 10 PM until 7 AM. Please be respectful to the neighbors. ***
11) SHOES: Please take your shoes off inside the house.
12) TOILETS: Please do NOT flush anything else other than toilet paper down the toilets. The sewer pumps can get clogged easily and cause a very messy situation.
13) FURNACE/HEATER & AC USAGE: Please do NOT leave any windows or doors open when you use the furnace or air conditioning and please turn off the AC before you check-out.
14) ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Please turn off the lights and any electronic devices in the house before you leave the house or check-out.
15) HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: We provide certain household items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc. at check-in but we do not provide extras afterwards.
16) GARBAGE REMOVAL: Please accumulate your garbage and leave it in sealed bag(s) inside the GARBAGE BINS provided OUTSIDE in the storage shed beside the house.
If you are checking out on MONDAY night OR TUESDAY morning, please place the garbage bins at the "curb" for the waste management to pick up on Tuesday morning. *** Please ensure the storage shed is closed properly to prevent wildlife access. *** Thank you for your cooperation!
17) RECYCLING: We try our best to recycle but it is very difficult to manage and to understand for our international guests.
18) DIRTY DISHES: Please rinse any dirty dishes and place them in the dishwasher before check-out. Thank you.
19) EXTERIOR STAIRS: Please hold on to the railing when going down the stairs outside, especially during winter months the stairs can be slippery.
We provide ice melting salt in the salt bin for our guests.
20) CANDLES: We no longer allow the use of candles in our house.
21) SNOW REMOVAL: We try our best to remove snow as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee instant service depending on the weather conditions. *** PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THE STAIRS DURING EXTREME WINTER CONDITIONS***
22) SECURITY CAMERAS: Tampering with the outdoor security cameras is not allowed. These cameras have been set up for our guests protection and safety.
